The historic College Arms in Lower Quinton, which has been closed since the beginning of 2016, has after refurbishment re-opened to pleased village locals. After the 12 noon opening of the door locals were queuing to get a drink and investigate the changes to the pub layout.
The College Arms is owned by Magdalen College Oxford which also owns other properties in the village.
New landlords Mariam & Ashok Naidu and Karen and Dean McDermott have moved over from Solihull into their first venture managing a pub, and were most interested in its rural village location.
The pub was originally a farmhouse but was changed into a village pub many years ago.
The new exciting menu will be going live this week.
